Apple is hiring a Software Quality Engineer to ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of its customer support applications. The role involves designing and executing functional, performance, and stability tests; developing and maintaining automated test frameworks; integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines; reporting defects; performing first-level root cause analysis; and collaborating with engineering, product, and test automation teams.
