Western Digital is seeking an eHDD Firmware Intern to design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain firmware for enterprise hard disk drives. The role involves C++ and Python firmware development, data structures, algorithms, drivers, hardware-core software, testing, and technical investigations in an Agile R&D environment. The internship includes on-the-job training, mentorship, professional development, executive exposure, and cross-geographical collaboration, and is based at Western Digital Tech and Regional Center (M) in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
