Comcast is seeking a Software Development Engineering Manager to lead a team of software and DevOps engineers building and operating real-time unified communications platforms, including VoIP softphone, conferencing, screen share, voicemail, call recording, and RESTful API services. The role owns technical direction, scalability, reliability, production health, and delivery across geographically distributed Chennai and US teams, while driving DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with experience in distributed systems, microservices, backend services, APIs, and team leadership in fast-paced environments.
