Description
The Software Development Lead will design and develop scalable Python backend services and microservices, lead full-stack application development, manage CI/CD pipelines, optimize databases, containerize services, develop REST and GraphQL APIs, and mentor junior developers. The role requires 4–6 years of software development experience, strong Python and microservices expertise, and proficiency with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with experience in Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, automated testing, and API integration.
