Description
The Software Development Lead will combine hands-on back-end engineering with technical and people leadership for a development squad at Davies Technology Solutions. The role owns the quality, maintainability, security, architecture, delivery planning, engineering standards, testing, deployment, observability, incident response, and operational performance of production software, primarily in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. It requires substantial production software delivery experience, technical leadership, and deep back-end expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, distributed systems, Azure, and related infrastructure; React and TypeScript experience is preferred for full-stack candidates.
