Description
SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Software Development Lead to direct the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, operation, and sustainment of secure software for a federal customer. The role leads multidisciplinary software teams, manages Agile delivery and SecDevOps/DevSecOps practices, coordinates stakeholders, enforces secure software development standards, and oversees quality, security, and delivery metrics. It is a contingent, remote position requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, 3+ years leading engineering activities, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust; an active Secret clearance is highly preferred. Compensation is TBD, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other insurance options.
