Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the engineering team behind Amazon WorkSpaces Advisor, an AI-powered troubleshooting and optimization experience for administrators. The role owns the end-to-end development of Advisor, including fleet telemetry analysis, root-cause diagnosis, recommendations, and self-healing capabilities, as well as Control Plane Services for provisioning, configuration, and management. The manager will set technical direction, improve engineering quality and deployment practices, communicate with stakeholders, and hire, grow, and retain software engineers. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, and offers a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually.
