Description
MaintainX is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead its newly formed AI Builder Tools team. The role manages platform engineers, partners with engineering leadership and platform teams on infrastructure for autonomous coding agents, mentors developers, establishes software development excellence practices, reports team impact and risks to senior leadership, and collaborates with recruiting and other development managers to hire and scale the organization. The position requires at least four years of software development management experience, a strong technical foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems, and familiarity with LLM agent frameworks, MCP tooling, or agentic coding infrastructure.
