AWS is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the Amazon AI at Work team building AI agents and AI-powered solutions for hybrid human-AI work. The role owns the engineering roadmap, technical direction, product strategy, architecture decisions, hiring, team development, and delivery of complex AI solutions while partnering with product, program, scientific, and engineering stakeholders. The position requires substantial software engineering and team-management experience, distributed-systems expertise, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
