Amazon Finance Technology is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale financial systems using AWS, big data, and machine learning. The role owns the team, roadmap, product vision, technical architecture, software development lifecycle, and end-to-end customer experience, while building and mentoring engineers and partnering with business stakeholders. Candidates need at least seven years of engineering experience, three years of engineering team management experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with experience in software architecture, reliability, scaling, and full-lifecycle development practices.
