The role involves customer-facing software development, GenAI at scale, technical leadership, project management, requirements collaboration, specifications, design-to-release scheduling, and production launches. Candidates need at least three years of engineering team management experience, three years of technical leadership and project management experience, five years of large-scale distributed software development using Java, C#, or C++, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually.
