Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager for its Amazon Leo Network Observability and AI Foundations team. The role will lead software systems and interfaces for satellite-to-terrestrial network observability, develop strategic plans for software services and organization growth, hire and develop software engineers, mentor new team members, and support mission-critical systems. The position requires extensive engineering and software development leadership experience, including Java, C#, or C++ distributed systems, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. It is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually.
