eero is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead and coach engineers focused on improving mesh and client connectivity for its WiFi devices. The role involves building schedules and technical requirements, estimating delivery dates, managing recruiting and performance evaluations, driving engineering investments and process improvements, and providing hands-on technical leadership through code contributions and reviews in Go, C, and Python. The manager will also analyze performance and stability data, collaborate with product and testing teams, and work with eero’s hardware and software teams.
