Description
The Software Development Manager will lead a team developing third-party integrations and mobile initiatives for Amazon Connect’s AI-powered engagement experience. The role owns the mobile SDK and connector platform, drives technical strategy for real-time communication and mobile-first customer engagement, partners with product, science, and AWS teams, and balances innovation with reliability, security, compliance, and responsible AI development. The manager will also lead, hire, mentor, and develop software development engineers.
