Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the team responsible for model-customization and post-training capabilities on SageMaker Training. The role owns the team charter, hires and develops engineers, sets technical direction, defines the roadmap, manages production service health and operational metrics, and builds distributed, multi-tenant systems for foundation-model training. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually.
