Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the Employee Onboarding and Experience (EOE) contingencies and services technology team. The role owns AI and automation solutions for global employee onboarding and experience operations, including foundational data infrastructure, reusable primitives, intelligent agent-based workflows, and secure, scalable systems. The manager will partner with Operations, Corporate, AWS, and International teams, manage and mentor a diverse engineering team, and deliver solutions across 3M+ annual transactions in 67 countries. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, and offers a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually plus benefits.
