Description
Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the Engineering and R&D team within Leo Infrastructure and IP Security. The role owns the full software development lifecycle for a neuro-symbolic reasoning platform that combines large language model agents, knowledge graphs, real-time asset state stores, and high-throughput streaming pipelines to automate incident response, threat analysis, offensive security testing, and detection authoring. The manager will set technical direction, own delivery across workstreams, recruit and develop engineers and scientists, coordinate with security operations teams, and ensure auditable, safe automated security decisions. The position requires extensive engineering and distributed-systems experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and U.S. citizenship due to export control requirements.
