Description

Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a team of approximately eight engineers building scalable, cloud-based IDE infrastructure and experiences for SageMaker Studio. The role owns the technical roadmap and strategy for IDE product areas, drives distributed-service development and deployment at AWS scale, partners with product, UX, and engineering teams, manages project launches and roadmaps, and is responsible for hiring, mentoring, and retaining software engineers. The position is based in Santa Clara, California, with a base salary of 212,700 to 287,700 USD annually.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams

Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership on requirements, product features, technical designs, and product strategy
