Description
Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a team of software engineers responsible for the RTI infrastructure and automation framework for Amazon Leo's low Earth orbit satellite network. The role owns embedded OS drivers, inter-process communication, telemetry pipelines, dashboards, and OS bring-up for a custom ASIC, while also managing people, setting technical direction, and collaborating with MAC, release, and system teams. The position requires at least three years of engineering team management experience and seven years of engineering experience, and is based in Sunnyvale, California, with a base salary of $212,700 to $287,700 annually.
