Amazon Advertising is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a Bengaluru-based team of 8+ engineers on the Iron Mountain platform, which manages advertiser billing, invoicing, accounting automation, payments, and billing corrections. The role owns the product and technical roadmap for billing corrections and offline payments, drives operational excellence for tier-1 financial systems, and leads the development of AI-powered, agentic, self-service workflows while partnering with Finance, Accounting, FinOps, and ad-product teams. The manager will also hire, mentor, and develop engineers, set technical direction, and balance delivery with architectural investments.
