The role owns AWS Lake Formation and a greenfield Glue Grant access-control initiative, defines technical strategy for data access control and permissions, manages multi-quarter delivery programs, and oversees production-service reliability, incident response, and engineering standards. The position requires at least three years of engineering team-management experience, 10+ years of systems design or architecture experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience partnering with product or program management teams.
