Autodesk is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within the Growth Experience Technology organization. The role manages developers, sets technical direction, drives delivery planning, and oversees the Account Portal, churn and retention flows, personalization, experimentation, and conversational-AI account experiences. The manager will work with architects, product, program, design, and cross-functional engineering teams and promote modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, CI/CD, observability, and secure cloud-native systems. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, and 2–4 years of engineering leadership experience.
