Coupang is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead an agile team of developers building scalable, stable, and manageable systems for customer-facing e-commerce projects. The role includes recruiting developers, defining system architecture, prioritizing requirements, establishing roadmaps, measuring system indices, supporting software implementation and operations, and improving development processes. Candidates need more than 10 years of software development experience, more than 4 years of software development management and architecture-related experience, strong communication and technical leadership skills, and familiarity with agile methodology.
