Description
Curve Dental is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead one or more software development teams building the company’s AI-enabled dental practice management platform. The role combines people management, recruitment, performance coaching, and team administration with technical leadership in AWS architecture, relational databases, object-oriented development, REST APIs, JavaScript frameworks, system design, testing, code quality, technical debt, and production releases. The manager will coordinate with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Operations, and customer-facing teams while maintaining delivery velocity and supporting continuous improvement.
