The position leads complex, multidisciplinary software projects; manages project timelines, risks, metrics, and process improvements; oversees people development, hiring, and team performance; and coordinates with technical and business stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience, software development and leadership experience, agile methodology knowledge, hands-on technical and architectural involvement, and advanced English.
