The role combines people leadership, technical governance, delivery forecasting, DevSecOps, software quality, production reliability, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, at least 8 years of cloud or web software development experience, and 3+ years delivering scalable distributed systems.
