GHD is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a compact global delivery organization of internal and third-party development squads delivering workflow, automation, and internal software solutions. The role manages delivery planning, capacity, quality, release readiness, operational support, architecture standards, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and third-party vendor delivery, with a hybrid work model based in Waterloo or Toronto. The position requires software delivery leadership, modern programming, cloud and Power Platform experience, and strong stakeholder communication; the stated salary range is $120,000 to $160,000.
