Description
The Software Development Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises all aspects of designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, and upgrading organizational information systems and software applications. They also analyze, improve, and maintain HEXPOL’s internal process control system and other in-house developed applications. This role involves managing the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and enhancements, as well as overseeing software engineers, testing, debugging, and providing user training and troubleshooting support. The manager will utilize MS C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and other tools to create software applications that support business operations.
