The Software Development Manager reports to the Group CTO and leads multiple engineering teams in an Agile Scrum environment. Responsibilities include team leadership and mentorship, sprint and project delivery, stakeholder and resource management, technical quality and scalability, AI-assisted development adoption, and fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. The role requires a degree in computer science or a related field, Agile and Scrum expertise, software development knowledge, project management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills; iGaming and B2B frontend experience is preferred.
