Description
MaintainX is hiring multiple Software Development Managers to lead engineering teams across its product and platform organizations. The role manages 5 to 6 developers, owns delivery and quality, partners with product and design teams, coaches engineers, champions CI/CD and observability, and reports progress and risk to senior leadership. Candidates need at least four years of software development management experience, a strong technical foundation, experience with technical design and project management, and strong communication skills. The role has no minimum in-office mandate but prefers teams located around office hubs in Montreal and Toronto, Canada.
