Description
MaintainX is hiring Software Development Managers to lead engineering teams for its Reporting, Identity & Access Management, and Search product and platform teams. The role manages 5 to 6 developers, owns delivery and quality, collaborates with product and design teams, coaches engineers, conducts interviews, and promotes CI/CD, code quality, and observability. The position requires 2 to 3 years of people leadership experience, a strong technical foundation, and experience with technical design, problem-solving, and project management; Jira experience is preferred. The role is not required to be office-based, but teams are preferred to be located near Montreal or Toronto, Canada.
