Description
Onstream is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of software products and platforms supporting pipeline inspection, data analysis, reporting, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the role manages software developers, defines technical roadmaps, oversees architecture and application design, and drives modern software engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and DevOps. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 10 years of progressive software development experience, and at least 5 years of software development leadership or management experience.
