The role focuses on people leadership, operational excellence, team development, performance management, capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning, rather than hands-on technical work. The manager will work with teams across multiple time zones, may travel, and needs experience managing software development teams, Agile practices, software automation and testing systems, development tools, and the software development lifecycle.
