The role combines people management, recruiting, mentoring, performance management, Agile product roadmap development, technical project management, and operational experience with highly available fault-tolerant systems. Candidates need at least three years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with strong software development lifecycle knowledge and experience partnering with product or program management teams.
