The Software Development Manager will lead the next-generation internal access analysis platform for AWS IAM Access Analyzer, defining product and architecture strategy for large-scale policy evaluation, resource configuration ingestion, finding generation, and cost estimation. The role owns system reliability and scalability for billions of policy evaluations, builds integrations with internal platforms, manages risks, collaborates with product and AWS teams, and grows a diverse engineering team. The position is based in Santa Clara, California, with a base salary of 212,700 to 287,700 USD annually.
