Clio is hiring a Software Development Manager for its Engineering team, specifically supporting the Clio Billing System (CBS) monetization platform. The role combines hands-on software development, technical product management, cross-functional requirement definition, architecture and code review, team coaching, hiring, and roadmap ownership. It is available to candidates in the PST and MST timezones in Canada, with hybrid work from Burnaby or Calgary and an expectation of being in the office at least twice per week on Anchor Days. The expected salary range is CAD 180,500 to 270,700, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
