The role owns technical strategy, roadmaps, delivery execution, hiring and coaching, operational reliability, and AI-native software development practices. It requires at least three years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with experience partnering with product or program management teams.
