Description
AWS is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead the Data Center Industrial Controls Run-times team. The role owns hiring, coaching, and promotion of software engineers; sets engineering standards; drives technical roadmaps; manages agile delivery, sprint planning, design reviews, and service health; and partners with product, engineering, and operational stakeholders. The manager will also occasionally travel to customer sites and work on software supporting data center operations and industrial controls systems.
