The role manages backlog and projects, product requirements, the software development lifecycle, team growth and hiring, code reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and integrations with external platforms. Candidates need at least 8 years of professional software development experience, strong IC SaaS experience, product and integration experience, and prior on-call or incident-response participation. The position offers equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and other benefits, with compensation ranging from $192,885 to $347,235 depending on level.
