AWS Life Sciences is hiring a Software Development Manager to build an AI agent application for the clinical trial lifecycle. The role owns the technical architecture of the agent orchestration layer, leads and mentors an engineering team, partners with beta customers and product stakeholders, ensures FDA and ICH-GCP compliance, and delivers production-grade AI agents into customer AWS environments. Candidates need substantial engineering leadership, software architecture, and team-management experience, with life sciences or healthcare experience preferred. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 184,900 to 250,200 USD annually.
