Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager for its LLM Inference Model Enablement team to lead expert AI/ML engineers onboarding and optimizing open-source and customer LLMs for inference on Trainium accelerators. The role manages project delivery, engineering resources, staffing, mentoring, quality, and model performance while improving model enablement speed, inference usability, and automation. Candidates need at least three years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering-team experience, system design or architecture experience, and experience partnering with product or program management teams.
