Amazon is hiring an L6 Software Development Manager to lead a team building AI-powered systems for selling partner negotiations and partner experience. The role owns delivery of Agentic AI capabilities, including the Delphi Selling Partner Chat Solution and scalable negotiation technology, and manages 10+ software engineers while partnering with scientists, product managers, and senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include hiring, technical direction, multi-agent orchestration, proactive recommendations, and data-driven negotiation solutions across AWS, machine learning, React, and large-scale data analytics.
