Description
Amazon is seeking a hands-on technical leader to manage and grow a team of 10+ software engineers for the MAP Affordability team under International Emerging Stores Payments. The role leads delivery of high-visibility goals, partners with Product and Operations stakeholders, owns engineering and operational excellence, manages existing services, and architects new solutions across geographies. Candidates need at least four years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering experience, and eight years leading multi-tier web services, along with experience across the software development lifecycle and system design or architecture. Experience in the payments domain and recruiting, mentoring, and technical communication are preferred.
