Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager in Vancouver to build and lead a new engineering team responsible for agentic customer experience and experience orchestration interfaces. The role owns the authoring language, schema-driven construct generation, build pipelines, conformance testing, evaluation pipelines, developer experience, architecture, and delivery of capabilities for AI agents that compose shopping experiences. The manager will recruit, mentor, and grow the team while partnering with product, design, and engineering stakeholders and leading technical strategy and roadmap execution.
