Ring is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a team of 6–8 software engineers in its Toronto-based Cloud Connectivity organization. The role owns the technical and operational strategy for large-scale, customer-facing platforms, including real-time data processing, multi-tier web services, CI/CD, automated testing, service health, incident response, and multi-year program delivery. The manager will hire, mentor, and develop engineers, partner with product, firmware, science, and cloud teams, and champion AI-first development practices. The position requires extensive engineering management and software development experience, with a base salary of CAD 171,400–286,200 annually and medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and AD&D insurance benefits.
