Description
The Software Development Manager, Software Development for the Neuron Training team, will lead engineers and managers responsible for designing and deploying AWS Neuron SDK and Trainium-based machine learning training products. The role owns customer onboarding from model evaluation through production training, performance optimization, distributed-training enablement, tooling, documentation, and technical strategy for frontier model architectures. It requires experience with PyTorch or JAX, deep learning and machine learning, distributed training at scale, and engineering team management, with a base salary of 212,700–287,700 USD annually in Cupertino, California.
