Amazon is hiring a Software Development Manager to lead a team of 8–10 engineers in its new development center in Bangalore, India. The role owns software architecture and end-to-end delivery, roadmap execution, complex and highly scalable systems, supply-chain architectural evolution, and the growth of software engineers. It requires at least three years of engineering team management experience, seven years of engineering experience, eight years leading multi-tier web services, knowledge of the full software development life cycle, product-management collaboration, and a bachelor's degree.
