Description
Mycronic is hiring a Software Development, Product & Technology Lead to combine software product ownership, strategic roadmap management, and engineering leadership. The role leads the Software Development team, manages the software backlog and product portfolio, translates customer and market needs into requirements, and owns software releases in collaboration with Hardware, Sales, and Service. It requires a Computer Science or related degree, full-lifecycle software product experience with strong C# proficiency, agile team leadership using Scrum or Kanban, Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and periodic travel.
