Responsibilities include tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and sprints; coordinating developers, testers, and business stakeholders; maintaining project documentation and dashboards; preparing steering committee reports; and resolving delivery challenges. Candidates need a related bachelor's degree, more than two years of software or application development project coordination experience, familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, project governance, and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.
