Geotab is hiring a Software Development Team Lead, Altitude to lead a small cross-functional team of engineers and UX professionals building Altitude, a transportation intelligence platform. The role combines hands-on software development with people management, project leadership, code and security testing, architecture, stakeholder communication, and mentorship. Candidates need a post-secondary diploma or degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, at least four years of software development experience, leadership experience, and proficiency with technologies including Google BigQuery, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka or RabbitMQ, and full-stack technologies such as React, Node.js, Go, and Python.
